Casey Crum has spent her entire life in Oregon and has built her career around serving individuals and families in moments of transition. After earning her bachelor's degree in psychology from Willamette University, she began her professional journey at Trillium Family Services, working in an inpatient mental health facility supporting youth and families in crisis.
Casey later transitioned into home health, where she gained broad operational experience—from scheduling and intake to community outreach and marketing. Her work in this setting deepened her understanding of the continuum of care and strengthened her commitment to supporting older adults.
In 2022, Casey joined 1st CHOICE Advisory Services as a Housing & Care Advisor, guiding families through complex care decisions with empathy, clarity, and a deep knowledge of local resources. After three and a half years in that role, she became the Agency Director. She now leads with the same passion and integrity she has brought to every position, ensuring families receive thoughtful, personalized guidance during some of life's most challenging moments.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and family dog.
