Elaina has a passion for serving others and helping people navigate meaningful life transitions with confidence and compassion. Born and raised in Spokane, she began her career in B2B sales at just 20 years old, quickly discovering her strength in relationship building and community connection.
She later expanded her experience by serving seniors in active adult communities across the country in a traveling sales task force role. Through this work, Elaina developed a deep appreciation for helping older adults and their families make positive, life-changing decisions during important seasons of transition.
Elaina thrives on building authentic relationships and creating positive experiences for the people she serves. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring and adventuring throughout Washington with her partner, being with her two dogs at Diamond Lake, and giving back to her community through volunteer dance and cheer coaching. Her commitment to mentorship, service, and connection continues to shape both her personal and professional life.
