About
Born in Spokane, Jen Johnston has enjoyed a 30-year career centered around helping others. She holds a master's degree in public administration from Eastern Washington University.
Prior to joining 1st CHOICE Advisory in 2019, Jen worked as client services director for a firm of elder law attorneys (who specialized in wills and trusts designed to protect an older adult's assets). Jen also worked at The Waterford, which later became Touchmark, for four years as director of operations and a retirement counselor. Prior to working with seniors, Jen served as a clinic coordinator for the Community Health Association of Spokane.
Jen and her husband enjoy the outdoors and animals. They are avid hikers, kayakers, white water rafters and tennis players.
Her passion is helping people successfully navigate stressful periods of time in their lives. She thrives on helping those older adults who have become physically frail or who have memory loss, helping them find their new path.
