I totally loved working with Julie Hart. She understood what was going on with my sister, probably better than we did, and guided us toward assisted living/memory care facilities that would meet my sister's needs. She arranged for tours and her trusting relationships with staff at the facilities helped us learn what we needed to. She offered additional resources, such as trustworthy in-home care and legal advice. She facilitated the move, and really shepherded us through a very difficult emotional and logistical process. I absolutely couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, deep wisdom and warm caring.

Julie Hart was invaluable in assisting us (out-of-state) in finding a top-notch Adult Family Home for our aunt who recently entered hospice. Her knowledge of the industry, the facilities and the people who run them is expansive. Julie helped us weed out places that could not accommodate our aunt's needs and accompanied us on tours in order to ensure our questions were answered. As a result, we feel that our aunt is receiving the care she needs in a loving environment.
