In 1996 Nichole worked in a large rural nursing home where she learned every aspect of caring for the elderly. While living in SE King County Nichole was part of the opening management team of a first of its kind memory care community where she worked for five years and has some of her fondest memories.
In 2007, Nichole moved her family to West Seattle where she continued to serve seniors as an activity director in assisted living and then as a skilled nursing and rehab liaison. In 2018 she passed her state exam to become an executive director and filled that role starting in 2019 and through the pandemic.
During her years as a liaison, she learned of the services of 1st CHOICE Advisory and built relationships with their fabulous advisors. Nichole relied on these services heavily to help her clients as they transitioned in and out of skilled rehab to new housing with care options. So, it was a natural transition to join the team at 1st CHOICE when the opportunity arose in the fall of 2023.
